1. Non-Representation Disclosure

ClaimPilots is not a law firm, medical provider, Veterans Service Organization, VA-accredited representative, government agency, or substitute for professional legal or medical advice. Use of the Platform does not create an attorney-client, representative-client, physician-patient, or provider-patient relationship.

2. Educational & Informational Use Only

3. No Legal Advice

ClaimPilots does not provide legal advice, legal strategy, legal representation, or claim prosecution services. The Platform does not represent users before the VA. Machine intelligence is one component of the platform—not the product itself. Machine-interpreted outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, unsupported assumptions, or formatting errors. All outputs require independent user review, editing, and approval before use.

6. Proprietary Technology Disclosure

The Platform incorporates proprietary evidence intelligence infrastructure, deterministic workflow automation, structured processing, relationship mapping, document orchestration, controlled narrative generation, and export rendering.
